Farm products

Le Pech d'André is a peasant wine farm with both natural and domestic diversity:

• The vineyard plots are lined with shrubs and trees, including wild fruit trees (fig trees, almond trees, azeroliers, arbutus, hawthorn).
• The kitchen garden / orchard allows the family and often, in summer, the tenants of the country cottages to be fed with seasonal vegetables. We are lucky enough to be able to pick up capers along the access road to the estate.
• The wild gathering of thyme, rosemary, asparagus, mushrooms complements the family meals. Many plants bring us their "grandmother's" remedies (St. John's wort, calendula, etc.).
• We also maintain a henhouse, a dovecote, peacocks in freedom, historically attached to the Pech d'André.

We regularly welcome horses and ewes on the estate. The horses maintain ditches and vineyard surroundings and the ewes are welcome to graze in winter in the vineyards.

Depending on the seasons and production, we can sell some of our farm products at the tasting cellar and, exceptionally, offer them online.
