Grape Juice

The diversity of grape varieties grown on the domain gave us the idea to let you discover the natural flavor of some of them. Fruits are harvested at maturity, so these juices are really sweet, with very little acidity.

The juice is obtained by pressing for Clairette and bleeding for Alicante and Tandem, cold decanted and simply pasteurized and bottled, without filtration.
