Extra virgin olive oil

Made from ancient olive trees grown without pesticides or irrigation, this organic extra virgin olive oil captures all the richness of our unspoiled Occitan terroir.

A rare blend of traditional varieties: Lucques, Picholine, Olivière, Courounelle (an ancient variety recently discovered and found only in our village of Azillanet!), Gordal Sévillane, Grossane... not to mention the wild olive trees we also harvest.

An intense and aromatic olive oil, green fruity, with an elegant, lingering heat on the finish. Perfect as a finishing touch on vegetables, fish, salads, and bread.

Organic olive oil certified by FR-BIO-10. Limited production (a few hundred bottles each year).
