Traditional aperitif made from Black Grenache grape juice and Languedoc brandy.
Our Cartagène can be drunk chilled as an aperitif, with dessert, with fruits or chestnuts. If you have time to wait, some people say that an old Cartagène marries very well with old Comté cheese (as we say in French, marriage of old people is a happy marriage!).
Organic brandy wine certified by FR-BIO-10.
