Description

Tasty and fruity, Éole is a blend of traditional Languedoc grape varieties, sourced from our finest vineyards swept by the Cers—the northwesterly wind so distinctive to our terroir—with a predominance of Carignan.

This cuvée was selected by Andreas Larsson, World’s Best Sommelier, and received a score of 90/100 with these tasting notes: "Light to medium deep ruby red colour. Pure nose offering fresh red berries, plum, garrigue and floral notes. The palate is digest and fresh with rounded extract, herb-infused red fruit with a digest and supple finish."
