Description

Mourvèdre, the grape variety that loves sea wind, with fine, silky tannins and original notes of spice and pepper. Younger than the vintage currently sold in bottles, this vintage still offers all the liveliness of the first years of this blend. AOC/AOP Minervois appellation.

Serving temperature: 17 to 18°C
Winemaking: Destemming and light crushing, then traditional vinification process in concrete vat. Fermentation at controlled temperature, long maceration.
Ageing: Ageing for 18 to 20 months in the old concrete vats of our traditional Languedoc cellar (non-wooded wine).
